Rin x Reader part 5

I hadn’t expected him to be here.. why him exactly? I could understand why however, it was just too late there I was in frozen space.. he had taken me to one of his voids in between the spaces I was probably knocked out in Rin’s time. Oh god.. Rin.


I could never fully control my thirst for souls during fights and my throat was beginning to feel dry, snarls emitted from me and a metal mask was formed over my mouth. Father created it just for me so I would fully lose myself in the madness.. that wouldn’t bode well for anyone. My eyes were now fully red as the stench of my foe was seeping through the black hole, I needed to make sure this was actually the person I figured it to be and so I let out a series of chirps. I needed not a reply as I saw none other than my own eldest brother wander out in his demon form, he chuckled softly a smirk on his half skeleton face. He was always so angry with me.. he was the oldest and had the right to take over from father however he chose me.. for reasons I do not yet know my very self.
Levi which was short for Leviathan (brother’s actual full name) was petting a snake that was on his shoulders.. I should’ve known he’d bring that thing here.


“little sister.. you’ve been a busy girl” he hissed out softly, I was always afraid of Levi ever since I was younger.. he had a weird aura around him, it was almost breathtaking and not in a good way. “the arrangement states that you marry Amaimmon.. why do you continue to break that arrangement?” he demanded the answer, what could I say? ‘sorry brother but i’d rather the young hot Okumura twin instead’ ? I don’t think I would live if I said that.


“big brother.. the arrangement was for me to marry into the family.. they didn’t specify who I had to marry..” I snarled out bitterly, his snake was now on me and wrapped itself around my legs and waist, it’s head in my face.


“now now sis.. we all agreed Amaimmon.. you can’t go back on promises. You know what happens to little girls that go back on promises don’t you?” he licked his half lip with his forked tongue and smirked, I froze my scythe in a death grip as I started to shake.. they burned, the scars of our previous fights burned like a fire.. he was getting into my head seeing everything.. every thought, every feeling. I felt sick and watched as his snake symbols were burning onto my wrists and wrapping around my arms like shackles. I saw nothing but madness and my metal mouth mask had begun to crack.. this would be it. He would keep me here drowning in my own madness and uncontrollable thirst like an animal..

Oh wait..

My very own being was being swept away and all I could think about was Rin.. his very aura had captured mine and I.. it was safe to say I was in love with him. I dropped my scythe, my strength leaving my body, I didn’t have the power to take it back into my soul again..
When did I end up lying on the floor? My eyes fighting to stay open? However that was it.. all I could remember was a bright blue light, my brother fleeing and the man I loved screaming my name as I slipped into unconsciousness.
